Andrew Stadelberger

Managing Director

Andrew Stadelberger has spent 15+ years building brands, campaigns, and businesses across advertising, entertainment, and media. He founded Player/Coach after a career that included Havas/Euro RSCG, where he worked on global accounts for Heineken, Dos Equis, IKEA, and Jaguar. His work has earned a Clio Award for Use of Music and two Telly Awards for production with Toyota and MTV. As President of The Music Playground, he built and scaled a custom music licensing operation serving Nike, Samsung, HBO, Ralph Lauren, Mercedes, and MTV — the same talent-to-buyer matchmaking model that drives many of Player/Coach's current engagements.

Before that, Andrew served as Executive Producer at 321Launch, producing hundreds of commercials monthly for clients including Anheuser-Busch and Stella Artois in collaboration with agencies like Wieden+Kennedy and Translation. He went on to lead business development at parent company Charlex, with a focus on emerging virtual reality production. Outside of Player/Coach, Andrew co-founded the MIC NYC with Emmy-nominated producer Kathryn Henderson — a performing arts series that packed the Bitter End monthly for three years, featured over 400 artists, including Gloria Gaynor and Tank and the Bangas, and partnered with Save The Music and SongFarm. He also serves as Alumni Director at Christian Brothers Academy, where he built the alumni relations program, the CBA Hall of Fame, and the alumni website from scratch. Andrew operates out of Player/Coach Studios at 691 Shrewsbury Ave, Red Bank, NJ.

David Weinstein

Strategic Advisor — Creative, Production & Operations

David Weinstein is an Emmy Award-winning creative director and producer with 25+ years in media production, content strategy, and operations leadership. He currently serves as Director of Production at Blueprint and runs Downstate Media, his consultancy focused on helping production companies, media startups, and agencies optimize operations and content strategy. Previously, David was SVP of Creative and Production at a stealth content studio startup, Interim Head of Production at 1Park9, Interim Head of Video at G/O Media, and — most notably — Head of Production at Complex Networks, where he oversaw all production for flagship properties including Hot Ones and First We Feast. During his tenure at Complex, he managed the entire annual video budget without once coming in over, while coordinating the transition of production and post-production systems to the cloud during the pandemic.

David's strength is the intersection of creative ambition and operational discipline. He builds systems that let creative teams do their best work without blowing timelines or budgets. His LinkedIn recommendations describe him as a "triple threat — great team leader, master of process improvement, and passionate creative." At Player/Coach, David serves as a strategic advisor on content that drives cultural engagement and organic reach, bringing the same rigor he applied to scaling Complex's video operation. He holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from the University at Buffalo and is a volunteer firefighter in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY.

Ting Ting Yan

Paid Media, Data/AI Strategy & Board Member

Ting Ting Yan has spent two decades at the intersection of cloud technology, digital marketing, and business transformation. She currently works at Google Cloud in the Data & AI division, where she helps organizations leverage first-party data through AI and machine learning models. Earlier in her Google career, she helped launch Airbnb on the platform when they were still a startup — "they came to Google when they were just a startup; we did precision marketing" — and has worked across Google's advertising and cloud businesses, building campaigns and data strategies for brands at every stage of growth.

At Player/Coach, Ting Ting serves as a board member and fractional strategy lead for paid media and data. Her approach is hands-on: she builds campaigns, monitors performance, and optimizes spend personally — no handoff to a junior team. Her philosophy centers on making every brand's existing data a competitive weapon. As she describes it: "Every single brand is sitting on massive amounts of data that goes unused. We can run the power of AI models through it." For clients, that means PPC campaigns informed not just by keyword research but by the kind of data infrastructure thinking she brings from Google Cloud. She believes the best marketing results come from a multidisciplinary approach and that work should be purposeful.

Natalie Christ

Head of Delivery & Account Management

Natalie Christ is a senior digital marketing strategist and manager with experience spanning solar, fintech, fleet leasing, IT staffing, and large-format printing. Before joining Player/Coach, she served as Director of Sales Marketing at Get A Rate, Marketing Manager at Contract Leasing Corp. and Ultraflex Systems, Client Engagement and Marketing Manager at ARK Solutions, and Marketing Associate at Momentum Solar. Across those roles, she built and executed marketing campaigns, managed content calendars, coordinated cross-functional teams, and drove measurable results in lead generation and brand engagement.

At Player/Coach, Natalie is the day-to-day point of contact for every client engagement. She owns sprint management, Mailchimp build-outs, content calendar execution, and operational coordination between the team and client stakeholders. Her strengths — analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an empathetic communication style — make her the connective tissue between strategy and execution. She ensures nothing falls through the cracks, communications are prompt, and deliverables ship on schedule. Natalie operates on a 2-week sprint cycle with no ticket queue.

Isabella Qaisi

Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Isabella Qaisi brings executive operations experience from WPP agencies GroupM and Wavemaker, where she supported media investment management totaling over $7 million across major brands including Colgate, Skechers, and Ingenio Mayaguez. At Wavemaker, she supported a VP managing Colgate's $2.4M media budget — handling purchase orders, vendor reconciliations, campaign audits, and KPI reporting — and contributed to a 1% increase in Colgate's market share through strategic media planning. At GroupM, she managed end-to-end campaign operations across digital and traditional channels, built performance dashboards in Excel and ClickUp, and drove $313K in cost optimization savings while maintaining performance metrics.

At Player/Coach, Isabella manages project tracking, client communication workflows, financial documentation, and operational coordination through Monday.com. She holds a Master's in Marketing and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (with an emphasis in Marketing) from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali. She is certified in Meta Ads and Google Analytics. Her background in WPP-level media operations means she brings agency-grade rigor to a boutique team — the kind of structure that keeps multi-client engagements running cleanly.
